What We Do

Semiconductor Equipment Specialists, Inc. has been providing Field Service Sustaining, Installation & retrofit support to some of the largest IC Manufacturers in the world since 2002.  We started refurbishing systems in 2004 and have recently constructed a new clean room facility with HEPA filtration to further insure our product quality.  We provide an avenue for customers to improve their product capacity while reducing their cost of ownership.  We provide consultation and support for R & D projects and provide service with a satisfaction guarantee.  

We specialize in the Applied Materials toolset and cover the following platforms:

• Precision ^® 5000 CVD and Etch configurations
• Centura ^® 5200 CVD and Etch configurations
• Endura ^® 5500 PVD - multiple configuration
